But there are some cities that cannot keep up tonight such as Manila, Muntinlupa and Pasig whose curfew now starts at 10pm. According to presidential spokesperson Harry Roque, "They need to ordain their ordinance stating that the curfew is 10PM".


The Persons Authorized Outside Residence are exempted from the curfew, they are allowed to work in the General Community Quarantine (GCQ).
