Senator Risa Hontiveros says lawyers looking into netizen's kill threat her on twitter

Senator Risa Hontiveros will not miss a netizen who tweeted her in social media on twitter and the post said that the senator (Risa Hontiveros) should "shoot to discipline"

Risa Hontiveros, she said she was not intimidated by the threats but some were getting used to spreading the "culture of violence."

Just Now News - the opposition Senator. Risa Hontiveros said August 4, 2020 (Tuesday) according to Senator Risa Hontiveros, her lawyers were now looking into a Twitter account user's post urging authorities to shoot her, she adding that the Philippines needed to stop a "culture of violence."

Senator Risa Hontiveros shared on twitter online a screenshot of the tweet that said she should be first in a "shoot to kill" remark by a Quezon City official against violators of the return of stricter Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) measures in Metro Manila.

Senator Risa Hontiveros told to her Two Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand (227,000) Tweeter friend or Twitter followers that according to her, her lawyer are looking into this to the netizen who post against her. 

"The senator added, that according to her, she's not intimidated by threats. She's used to it since she's been critical of this government. She also said that we will not miss such things because they are just getting used to it. We have to put a stop to this language & culture of violence," the senator added that statement. 

According to a news, many opposition leaders have been harassed online, like the following;

• 1. Opposition leader Vice President Leni Robredo, Leni Robredo she also recently looked into legal action against the online bashers who had spread false information against her, and the said bashers must be facing a case,

• 2. Opposition Senator. Francis Pangilinan, if we remember there is social media user that threat his daughter (Frankie Pangilinan) to rape, now his family the Pangilinan Family sought government help against a man who threatened on Twitter to rape his daughter, and if we remember the NBI told that they have a lead to the man who post it.

"Diosko, Mayor Joy shoot to discipline din. Unahin si @risahontiveros char."

The question here, is it possible to file a case that person who posted? is the post considered a kill threat? is the phrase or sentence like this "shoot to discipline" is a criminal offense or kill threat? expert of law, please advice if you read this, 

In the this case like Senator Risa Hontiveros, she not only who's had a problem in threat in social media platform, many people, like celebrity, famous people in the world, politician, and the most is the ordinary people, we can read to internet, social media like, facebook, twitter, instagrams, emails and even the news paper.
