Just Now News: The President of Rusia Vladimir Putin announces that they have already approve vaccine, the vaccine named  SPUTNIK V, Rusia is the first country around the world develop vaccine, according to Rusia this vaccine develop start in June 2020. More than a hundred vaccine are now being made in various parts of the world.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), there are six vaccines in phase 3 of the human trials, but Russia does not include their approved vaccines.

Meanwhile, President Rodrigo Duterte said in his speech that Russia had told him that it would be free to distribute the vaccine to the Philippines against COVID-19, saying that the president thinks that the so-called Vaccine will be distributed from September to October this year.

The president did not object to the doubts of experts against the Russian vaccine, he was ready to try it.

"When the vaccine arrives, I will have an injection in public, I will be the first to experiment, he said. 

Russian ambassador to the Philippines Igor Khovaev had earlier assured that their country was ready to supply their vaccine to the Philippines. Russia is also ready to partner with a local government or company to produce this vaccine. They have been waiting for the Philippine government's response in this regard.

Malacañang said the Philippines is ready to cooperate in the clinical trial as well as in creating the vaccine.

Presidential Spokeperson Hurry Roque said, "the Philippines stand ready to work with Rusia on clinical, vaccine supply and production, and other areas deemed practicable by relevant Philippine and Rusian agencies to address this global health emergency. "

According to the latest statement from the World Health Organization (WHO) it is in talks with Russian health authorities in response to the possible pre-qualification process for the newly approved vaccine against COVID-19. The so-called pre-qualification includes a thorough review and assistment of all data on the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine.

While more than 20 million have tested positive for COVID-19 worldwide, America still has the most cases with more than 5 million cases. 

The Philippines is now in number 22 around the world with the number of cases positive for the COVID-19, while Germany is in 20 and Iraq is 21.
